Motum

I first met Motum in 2014 and we had our first chair scripted. Eva was 3 years old and I didn't know what to look for in a chair. At the time Kym and Andrew were thorough, understanding and so very supportive with all the questions as a first time wheelchair mum. We scripted our second chair with Motum last year. The Motum team were excited to work with us and bring our designs to life. No task or question was too much. Both chairs have done well from practicality, durability, design and appease.We have watched Motum grow as a company and feel we would have all basis of manual to electric needs sorted. I personally wouldn't go anywhere else. We have for trials and the personal touch and knowledge is definitely missing with other companies. The team at Motum have grown there knowledge that I wouldn't trust or go to anyone else for wheelchair advice. The product range and knowledge far exceeds expectations.I'm glad I met Motum when I did in 2014 as I'm yet to find better elsewhere.I highly recommend Motum to many.

We met the team at Motum for the first time in 2019 when trialling wheelchairs. The whole team have been fantastic. Not only are they welcoming and friendly, they are highly knowledgeable and experienced in their craft. I can't fault the attention to detail, accommodation of a ton of requests and trials, and not to mention the fantastic post delivery service. They've helped on many occasions to troubleshoot issues, thinking outside of the box and coming up with solutions for us, rather than just saying no and offering a stock standard option. I haven't received this level of customer service from any other disability equipment provider in Perth.

Cannot speak more highly of Motum. They put the clients first and working with them as a therapist myself, it's comforting to know that they are more than the sale. This team goes above and beyond to find the right solution for your client. Would recommend them to anyone! The service is outstanding.

Had a really nice experience with Sarah from Motum on two face to face occasions and several emails. Always easy to talk to and very accommodating to meet our needs as we live in remote WA and travel down for my daughter with special needs.Thank you to Sarah and all the Motum team. So far we just have the Bingo adaptive stroller and we LOVE it!!

Andrew, Kym and the team at motum are passionate and knowledgeable clinicians. They deliver a client centered approach which always results in happy customers! They will work with the client, their families and therapist to find a solution to all equipment needs. I could not recommend them enough!

As an occupational therapist I cannot recommend the services of Motum more highly. For seating and wheelchairs they are my preferred and recommended supplier. Donna and Kym are very experienced and no problem is too complex. If you need a power wheelchair Clint is the only technician I would recommend in WA!
